Thibault has been working as an Analyst at NewCo Corporate Finance since June 2024, after completing a 6-month off-cycle internship there in 2023.
During his internship, Thibault notably worked on projects in the insurance brokerage sector (including the simultaneous acquisition of Présence Assistance Tourisme, Assurinco Assurance Voyage, and Libbela by Finaxy), in wealth management (the sale of Antena Finance to Astoria Finance), and leasing (the sale of Infimed to Alizon).
He also completed a 6-month internship at Crédit Agricole CIB within the MA FIG Large Cap team, where he worked on transactions in the banking and insurance sectors.
Thibault holds a degree from ESSEC Business School’s “Programme Grande Ecole” (Corporate Finance Track).
