Eric joined the NewCo Corporate Finance team as an Analyst in April 2022. Prior to joining NewCo Corporate Finance, Eric completed a 6-month internship with the team in 2020/2021.
During his time as an intern at NewCo corporate Finance he worked on deals within the insurance brokerage sector (Diot-Siaci merger) and the healthcare sector (Oradianse raising funds with Initiative & Finance).
He holds a master’s in business management and an MSc in Strategy, Organization and Consulting from EDHEC business school.
